Warm in winter.
Cool in summer.
Comfortably sorted.
Heat pumps and air conditioning, sized for your space and installed with care. Supply, installation and servicing for homes and businesses across the Bay.
The right system.
For your space.
A good installation starts with the right size system. A unit that is too small can struggle to warm the room, while one that is too large may cost more than necessary and cycle on and off.
Before we quote, we consider the room size, ceiling height, insulation, glazing and how you use the space. We then recommend a heat pump to suit, with indoor and outdoor units positioned to work well.
From a single living-room unit to heating and cooling for several rooms, offices or shops, we handle the installation and electrical work as one team.

Planned properly.
Comfort from day one.
Visit & size
We assess the space, discuss how you use it and check the options for your indoor and outdoor units.
Position with care
We plan placement for effective airflow, suitable pipework routes and access for future servicing.
Connect correctly
We check switchboard capacity and protection, and provide the electrical connection suited to the system.
Test & explain
We test heating and cooling, then show you how to use the controller and timer.
For independent advice, see EECA's guide to choosing and installing a heat pump.
Keep the comfort.
Look after the system.
Dusty filters, dirty coils and blocked drains can affect performance. Coastal conditions in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa also mean salt and debris can collect around outdoor units.
Filters & coils
A service generally includes cleaning the filters and coils. Keeping filters clean between visits also helps your system perform.
Drainage & connections
We check drainage, electrical connections and how the system is running, looking for issues that need attention.
Know the signs
Noisy operation, slow heating, water leaks or musty smells are reasons to book a service. If it stops working, call us about fault finding.
Relationships built to last.
One team.
The whole installation.
Older homes may need electrical work before a new heat pump can be installed. A full switchboard, older ceramic fuses or inadequate protection are all things we assess before connecting the system.
As electricians and heat pump installers, we can take care of any required switchboard upgrades and residential electrical work as part of the same project.
A comfortable place
to get things done.
People, equipment and longer operating hours can make commercial heating and cooling needs quite different from those of a home.
We install heat pumps and air conditioning for offices, shops, workshops and other commercial premises, planning the work to keep disruption to your business low.
Fresh thinking.
Everyday comfort.
Heating and ventilation work together to make a home more comfortable. Alongside heat pumps, we install ventilation and DVS-style systems to help manage condensation and moisture.
Talk to us about the way your home feels throughout the year, so we can consider heating, cooling and ventilation together.
A clear quote.
Before we start.
Every installation is quoted for the property and the work involved. A site visit helps us understand what is needed and give you a clear price before work begins.
